PRIMARY FOCUS

Our primary focus will be to provide safe and efficient workouts while concentrating on joint health so you will be able to train and be active for decades, not months.  


Our 1700+ square foot facility provides a 1 on 1 training environment.  All equipment will be cleaned after each session for the next client.   

We will begin with a fitness/movement assessment to ensure you are capable of certain movements.  If not, we will perform the corrective exercises needed which will build the muscles that have become weak and imbalanced, all while providing intense activity to maximize calorie loss as well.

Individuals will have different needs based on lifestyles, professions and medical issues.  We will tailor each workout to the individual to provide what will be the most beneficial for them specifically, not a general population.

TRAINING

CORRECTIVE EXERCISES

In my experience when most have joint pain, they look directly at the joints as the key factor.  What I have found is joint pain can be due to weakness in areas surrounding the joints.  For example, knee pain can be caused by tight or weak hips which cause the knee to track offline and cause rubbing leading to inflammation.  

Improper shoulder mobility and placement can cause pain/weakness in several areas including the neck, upper, middle and lower back. 


We focus on strengthening these areas that can become weak due to poor posture, sitting for long periods of time and other bad habits that build up over time.

INTENSITY

There is no substitute for the intensity you provide during your training.  An intense 30-40 minute training session is much more effective than 2-3 hours of mild weight lifting.  We will provide programming which focuses on large muscle groups to push your body.  We will monitor rest times to ensure heart rate doesn't drop below a certain number depending on your age and fitness level.  With all that said, only you can provide the necessary intensity to grow, get stronger, lose body fat or do whatever you set out to do in our gym.

SUNDAY DONATION JOINT CARDIO

On Sundays we will be conducting 30 minute classes of 4 participants per class.  Plenty of room to be compliant with 6 feet of separation between equipment.  The class will focus on shoulder and hip mobility which are areas that need attention due to poor posture and sitting for long periods of time.  The last 8 minutes of the class will be a high intensity interval training (HIIT) session with top of the line air bikes.

Half of the money from this class will be donated to AnnieCannons, a non profit organization that helps human trafficking survivors through software education and entrepreneur mentorship.
